Part of the install of a Wega Atlas 2-group EPU LPG Espresso Machine for some buddie of mine.
We ended up working late into the night and into the next morning to get the machine/external pump and water filter mounted into the cart.
Good fun.

Lovely slow extraction through a Wega naked Portafilter. Caffe L'affare Gusto Blend was used in this extraction.
