Does the water from your hot water outlet look like this and have a strange off milk smell?
You may have milk spore growing in your boiler. This can be due to lack of cleaning of the milk wand after use.
This can cause milk to be sucked up the milk wand into the boiler, where its in a perfect breeding environment for bacteria in the milk.
Sadly there is no quick fix for this issue. Your machine needs to be pulled down and soaked in an acid bath to kill this spore.
